Took my laptop up to Carlos at Scorbix because it wouldn't charge
the battery. He was able to quickly determine the problem was
that the power connector on the motherboard had broken off;
he ordered the part and had it fixed within a couple of days.
Cost was substantially cheaper than estimations from other places,
plus he warrantied the work.

I recently used Scorbix PC Repair for my computer. I couldn't
even start it. It took forever to load. It was bogged down with
so much spyware. He had it fixed for me and in perfect condition
in a relatively small amount of time. I haven't had any problems
since. I recommend using his service compared to any of the
others out there because not only did he do a great job, but
it was inexpensive.

I had a mechanical (not software) problem with my Toshiba laptop.
I dropped it off and Carlos took a look at it, called me the
same day, quoted me a price that was below what I had anticipated
and had me back in business the next day. When I picked it up,
he showed me what he replaced and explained what he did to get
it working.

I am the manager of the Body Wrap Shop in Cedar Hill and we
have had two company computers crash due to viruses. Carlos
fixed the problems in a timely manner and did not over charge
the shop, which we are grateful for. The computer needed a new
hard drive installed and we lost all the most of information,
but Carlos stayed many hours to reload the files and programs
so that we would be back in business. Our other computer wouldn't
even turn on but Carlos, being the wonderful person that he
is, fixed the whole computer within a night. I most definitely
recommend using Carlos!

The problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly and accurately,
the service was great, and the price was more than being reasonable.
