Services and Pricing

Below you will find the services provided by Scorbix PC and Laptop Repair. All hourly service requests require a 1 hour minimum and a trip charge** for onsite service or onsite pickup. Each additional hour is assessed after a 15-minute time frame has been exceeded. Example: If the time to fix only takes 1 hour 14 minutes...you are only charged for 1 hour. I accept cash, check, money order, Visa, and MasterCard.

A $30 charge is applied for the diagnosis of the problem. This charge will be waived upon service agreement.

*Operating System Reload - If your system will not bootup into the installed Windows Software or if your system is infested with an uncleanable virus, this service will completely wipe out all infected areas guaranteed and provide you with a clean, like new Operating System. (This service excludes the cost of an Operating System License if one is not available. It also excludes any hardware found to be faulty during the service. If customer is not providing the Operating System, the cost for reinstall will include 1 license at the current retail value as well as the rate for service listed above.)

Trip Charges are assessed for all onsite/house call requests. Trip charges do not apply to drop offs. If the service requires Scorbix PC and Laptop Repair to take the equipment for repairs a trip charge WILL NOT be assessed for the return of the equipment.
